My name is Lisa Harkin, I have been in the industry for over 35 years.

LH enhancers was developed as a result of my own personal hair thinning and loss journey, I searched for a high quality solution for many years and found it extremely difficult even with all my knowledge and network within the industry, but I knew I had to keep searching because I always had a inner knowing that I can’t be the only one with fine hair that needs this solution. I am so incredibly proud to be able to create such high quality enhancers, my vision has always been to empower women and give them back their confidence.

Michelle Duffy - Administrator

An office administrator typically performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a business office. My responsibilities often include:

Managing office supplies and equipment, organizing and maintaining files and records, answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors and clients, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements for staff, assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry, supporting other departments as needed and implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.

I regularly often act as a central point of contact for both internal staff and external clients or partners. They play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and organization within the workplace.

My main responsibilities include, analyzing clients' hair and skin tones, consulting with clients about desired hair colour changes, mixing and applying hair dyes, tints, and bleaches. I also perform various colouring techniques such as highlights, lowlights, balayage, and ombre

Maintaining knowledge of current colour trends and techniques, recommending hair care products to maintain colour and ensuring proper safety and hygiene practices when working with chemicals.
